Before starting on the cover you need to ensure you have a frame to install the cover over.  Ideally ensure that it has top support (bars across the middle) or it is likely to pool water and stretch.  Also try to keep as square as possible, we can go around curves but it does make it a lot harder which adds to the cost.  Also consider where hinges, locks etc. are located as if they protrude we need to be able to go over or around them.

When manufacturing we need to have the trailer on site so we can ensure that it fits tightly
